Finance and Administration
Finance and Administration Department (FAD): FAD combines the finance and administration functions of the MLS. FAD is responsible for developing annual, projects and activity budgets and ensuring that all expenses of the MLS are within the budget. It is also responsible for ensuring that all monies due to the MLS are timely collected and that the MLS timely meets all its financial obligations. On the administration side, FAD undertakes human resources functions and ensures that the welfare of the members of staff is taken care of.
