Committees

Apart from the Executive Committee, the Legal Education and Legal Practitioners Act established three (3) other statutory committees namely:

1. Remuneration Committee
2. Honours Committee
3. Disciplinary Committee.

To aid in meeting the Society’s statutory objectives stipulated in section 64 of the Legal Education and Legal Practitioners Act, 2017 (LELPA) and pursuant to section 72(1) of the LELPA, the Executive Committee established nine (9) Subcommittees and eleven (11) Practice Divisions.
