How to Lodge a Complaint

Those wishing to lodge a complaint are required to:

• Fill the Complaint Form.
• Submit the form with relevant documents supporting the allegations by:
  • Visiting the Secretariat at its offices in Blantyre, Victoria Avenue (Delamere House, 2nd Floor)
