Projects & Advocacy

Projects and Advocacy Department is primarily responsible for undertaking the advocacy role of the Society and designing, identifying and implementing projects of the Society. Among others, Projects and Advocacy Department  implements the pro bono scheme under section 42 of the LELPA. Through this scheme, the Society reaches out and helps deserving members of the public to access pro bono legal services. This is done in collaboration with the Legal Aid Bureau and the Courts.
