Research, Parliamentary and Legislation Department (RPLD): RPLD is responsible for implementing the research objective of the MLS. It is responsible for identifying and spearheading research activities. The MLS is the lead resource on matters of law. RPLD is there to lead in reviewing various pieces of legislation and advising the Executive Committee on areas of the law that require that require reform.
